Rated for 200 in-lb rotary torque, the anchor's welded spiral offers a strong bond with the grout, while the washer at the top prevents the anchor from dropping below the surface or being pulled up into the mounting plate when tightening the bolt.
- LONG TERM STABILITY: Creates a stress-free bond that lasts! Due to asphalt's weaker nature, typical expansion-type wedge anchors used in concrete won't hold to the pressure. Push in the anchor until it is flush with the asphalt's surface and allow grout to harden. Anchors are ready for use in 15 mins to 1 hour, depending on grout and ground temperature. Once installed, anchors are flush to the ground and pose no tripping risk or roadway hazard.
