- Welding Method: Our aluminum brazing rod is also perfect for beginners as it is easy to operate and has excellent fillability. The resulting weld seam is generally smooth, and the strength at the welding point is usually higher than that of the base material. It can achieve impressive welding results.
- Welding Environment: It is recommended to have the base material temperature between 380ยฐC (716ยฐF) and 420ยฐC (788ยฐF) for brazing. Please note that continuous flame heating of the wire should be avoided. The base material should be preheated first. Once it reaches a certain temperature, bring the wire close to the welding area, and it will melt and cover the weld seam with slight heating.
